Well I have to say I have lived here for about a year and have had almost no problems with the apartments themselves. The potholes used to be a major problem but after a few attempts at fixing them...they are now gone. And the gates that dont work ..well we like that, they really wouldnt keep anyone out anyways and they are slow and very loud. Some people do need to learn when and where to put their trash though. The pool is not big enough for the size of the apartments. But they are quite,clean and spacious. Overall we are very happy here.
