Be afraid, be very, very afraid. This is a terrible place to reside. There are rats as big as shoes outside of the buildings. There are numerous drug addicts in the complex. There are also numerous places to purchase drugs in research park apartments. (Remember the phentenol bust this year') I have heard of shootings and murder in the high rises. They have remodeled but it is not the buildings that make it such a bad place to live, it is the bad element that lives there that makes research park such a terrible place to live. Management in my opinion ignores all of the problems at research park.
