Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
Horrible managment of the grounds/ 600 building. I paid too much to have so many problems. The building is falling apart. What a disgrace to hard working people! Had to wait until 3:30pm for snow removal. Fell coming off of the front porch due the the sheet of ice from my doorway to the elevator (8:00am when everyone is trying to get to work). DON'T DO IT!!! They gave us $50.00 a month (out of $1400.00) reimburment for summertime construction, we couldn't use our open air terrace/patio, which is the highlight of living there.
