For the utilities, you pay for your own and the grounds, e.g. lawn lighting, garage lighting and the utility expenses of the office. So instead of paying $10-20, you pay $50-60 a month. They also make many billing errors. I got an eviction notice for a security deposit that was already paid. They applied someone else's rent payment to my account. They charged me twice for utilities. And I have only been here for four months. Also the t.v. atenna reception is bad. But the penthouse is allowed to have Direct TV.
