Although River Place is beautiful, the staff anfd management are not. We moved into penthouses in the 600 bldg. and have such bad structural problems in our building that there are cracks in the interior, water damage, slop underneath our makeshift front porch. Mgmt will do nothing to reimburse us nor have they taken any measure to fix our problems. I will never recommend this as a place to live, these are very far from luxery apartments. This is the 600 building ...the 500 & 400 are different, but you still have to deal with bad mgmt practice regardless.
