I've lived at River Place for almost a year and have had virtually no problems. The leasing agent was great and any maintenance i request is always done by the time i come home work. I love that I have a great fitness center just 50 steps from the front door of the building. You can catch a slice of the Detroit River from my living room and bedroom windows. It seems that all of my immediate neighbors are quiet professional people
I think per square footage the apartments are on the high side, but I would and HAVE recommend this place to friends.
