I lived at River Place for four years and loved it! My living experience there was wonderful. I enjoyed being close to downtown, had a clean building and quiet neighbors and my friends said my apartment looked like something out of a decorating magazine. It is a great place for young professionals and people interested in downtown living. The only downside is that the parking strucuture is a bit of a walk.
