This place has such potential. It's too bad that the management team seems to enjoy getting one up on the residents at every opportunity. They nickel and dime with fees, add on utility charges (a trash fee!'!'), aren't consistent with policies, take away benefits (buggies mysteriously disappeared that had been provided for residents to transport goods for the long walk from the parking structure, gym membership suddenly was no longer free) and repairs seem to average a three-week response time, and this is only after numerous calls to remind them. While the apartments are charming (if not cheaply constructed), it's way too aggravating to live there due to having to deal with the management staff. Plus, beware, your auto insurance will be skyhigh for living in the 48207 zip code.
