I think Diane's return has made a huge difference over the past months. I wrote the previous LONG review and I think it's only fair to acknowledge that they have improved drastically. We had an emergency maintenance problem, which was taken care of immediately by a very helpful maintenance person, Tyree. He even arranged for some of the things that had been wrong for months to be taken care of - finally! Diane, Tyree, and Vanessa were all very accomodating when it happened. Kudos to those staff for making things happen quicky and professionally. Also, teh staff member who had the biggest attitude problem is leaving! Yeah, it looks like things are looking up.
