Before moving into your apartment please read your lease. When you are looking for an apartment all you are think about is moving in right away. At River Place Apartments, you are siging a 14 month lease instead of a 12 month lease, that isn't explained to you. Also your utlities that you are paying for is to heat the hallways of the building and that isn't explained to you at lease signing. The maintance department does terrible repairs. There is your bulidings 200,300,400,500 and 600. The only buliding building that has the snow removed is building 300 500, and that's only because CBS is housed in building 300 and in 500 you have the rental office. The rent they charged is outragious. You can walk the halls and smell marijuana any time of the day. The elevaor in building 400 is consistanly broken, fire extinguishers consistanly in need of a recharge. Noise is peoblem with some teants and security does nothing about when it is reported.
