It was nice from the beginning when Carol was managing. The management is horrible and the continuing rising fees that come up every other month are ridiculous. The specials are fine when you first move in, then you're hit with all kinds of fees/charges. It's nice living downtown but you can't even take a walk on the river front b/c it's private land, owned by the Omini and others. Don't forget the motorcycles in the summer all night long and the after parties outside @ 3:00 am with "weed" smoke coming in your apartment window from the outside
