I've lived in River Place for 1 year, and I won't be renewing my lease! The Apartments are ok. But the Office Staff is Horrible! Evey month, I get this outragous utility bill. Which is some BS! They take the utility bill and divided it among all the residents. You may use an actual of 20.00 in utilities, but the base pay they make up will be for 50.00. So you end up paying 70.00 for a 20.00 bill. Which is some complete BS! WTF!!!! This is not a good place to live if you are on a budget! I've had to go into the office SEVERAL times for a mix-up in my rent. Then the parking is horrible... Why should my guest have to pay 5.00 to visit me. You can't park on the street, because you will either get a ticket your car stolen, or broken into. My I left my car on the street one night and the next day my DAMN Door handle was gone. Luckly I had a alarm. Because the River Place Security that patrols the place never seem to see anything. Their has been dozens of people that have had there cars stolen or ticketed. The neighbors are ok.. I really like being Downtown but for $$$ it's some BS. River Place a couple years ago was a very nice Place... Management has changed and alot of things have went down. If you don't mind throwing away your money then River Place is the place for you!
