Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
i have been living at RiverPlace for about eight months. I hate everything except my unit. I live alone and work ten hours a day six days a week. There is no way my heating bill should be $150 when my lights are only $12. Security is not pleasant to the guests they never want to help but they will snitch about five measley dollars. If you are a tenant who refers a friend that signs a lease River Place will not give u a dime of referral fee!!!!! Even this website gives u $150. They show no tenant appreciation. Please go anywhere but here.
