I have live at this property for numerous years and I have taken the time to read all of the reviews. The positive note os the property include, ample parking, beautiful surroundings, and attractive units. The negative reviews are quite numberous, they include horrible non professional management and staff, utlitiy fees which are unbelievably high even if you do not use them, non responsive security guards, if I am paying $1,000.00 please open the door if you see me approaching the door with packages, questional billing practices at the very least, and a new resident roster that resembles persons form the Detroit's Most Wanted" police files. Save your time and enrgy and look else where! I will not be renewing my lease!
