River place has a lot of potential if members of your leasing staff would stop acting like whor-- and flirting and throwing their selves all over the men that come in the office. Some of them pretend to be polite and helpful and then in the evening they turn into something else they have been seen doing things that would be totally unacceptable I hope. You can take them out of the ghetto but you can't take the ghetto out of them.
