I have truly enjoyed my living at River Place. My penthouse apartment is beautiful, the landscaping is gorgeous in the spring and summer, I always feel safe when coming home late at night due to the expertise of security, and the office/maintenance staff is always accommodating and pleasant. Living downtown has been a very pleasant experience because almost everthing I need for daily living is a few minutes away -- cleaners (in the building), market, drugstore, video store, etc.
