Well, once you're in the leasing office, everything is all gravy. After the first week, it turns to moldy cheese! The staff is a joke, all they want to get is that office quota for the month. Then comes these outrageous utility bills that yu have to split with the other tenants, such as the heating for the hallway. --------! It is ice cold out there! Then even if you don't use your heater in your apartment you still get charged because Mr. McDreamy next door to you decides he wants to use his all day! Then we have two cars, why do we pay each month for two parking passes when NO ONE uses the 3rd and 4th level for parking''''' THEN, you get 2 days to pay rent. You can mess around and be late, and then they'll hit you up with an eviction notice for everyone on your floor to see, like we can't pay our rent and then your neighbors feel bad for you. Everyone in the building has gotten one at least once, be it by accident or not. FINALLY, where the hell is the pool, the sauna, the aerobics room, and all that other stuff I saw in the brochure' Yes, I was bamboozled. But they will be once April gets here.

The only pool or sauna ever advertised for the property was at the Omni. As a resident of River Place, you can use their fitness facilities. Also, it's pretty clear in any rental agreement that you have to pay your rent on the first of every month. The fact that you are given even two days is a courtesy grace period.

You ABSOLUTELY cannot use the Omni facilities. They took that amenity away in January 2007 and now the gym is closed. STOP LYING!! You must work for them. Give it up.
