I want to be sure just as many people have noted that people are aware of the outrageous utility bills...$150.00 when you've been out of the country for over a month is quite breath taking, when you turned off everything except your frig! Not to mention the rates they try to impose at lease signing. I would have to guess they enjoy completely redoing an apartment and marketing it when no one renews' What is the strategy behind that' I thought most mgmt companies try to retain their good tenants' If you are thinking about moving here, I really think you can find a much better apartment home at the River Front Apts or anywhere else downtown for that matter. Make sure you don't share your heating costs with the collective, I'm still trying to figure out whatis the purpose of saying metered'...lol I've been waiting so long on several repairs I called in a handyman myself, but I noted the ignored notices,costs and took digital footage of the damages and the repairs in progress. I don't know if anyone else has a problem with water leakage in the groun floor buldings but we do! The spiders, centipedes, and rolly-polly bugs definately need to be signed to my lease because they've been long time non-paying tenants! I agree that the security is a joke but, once I am robbed due to neglect of PPM, I will have part ownership of Stroh's River Place. They may want to keep in mind, some of us are professionals that are in "LAW". Please move elsewhere...no need to waste your time and valuable money with this make shift downtown living without the perks that every other building has to offer!
