I moved into this palce back in 2005. I started in one of the Brownstones then moved into what is supposed to be THE PENTHOUSE! The children up there are like some of the worst mannered, loud, dirty and disrespectful children I have ever seen! The elevator is down at least once a week. Security! Ha! what a joke! They act like they own the parking structure. They are more concerned at how many guest you have then with somehow on the street stealing cars right up under their nose. I finally moved out at the end of October and it is now the end of December and I still haven't received my refund check! They keep on giving me the run around. My next step is a lawyer! The management now and before are very incompetent. Everyone acts like they don't know what is is going on and they pass you off to everyone in the office. Luxury Living at it's best!! WHAT A JOKE! GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU KNOW WHAT'S GOOD FOR YOU!
