The property is nicely located close to the river. Generally quiet it can be noisy at night since it is low rise but this tends to be at weekends.
If you are thinking of leasing though a few things need consideration. Firstly the lease I saw was a lock-in without an early termination option. If you lease but need to leave for employment reasons or family reasons there is no option to pay a few months rent as a penalty and leave. The full 12 months rent will be due, and no doubt pursued, which can amount to $$$$$!
Other lease details include the charges for extra parking spaces but the lack of a refund if a parking space is not taken up, the utilities which are not specific to the apartment etc...
