This first night I was here, the register (hot water heater) banged so bad that I thought that somebody was trying to break into the appartment. Management never bothered to warn me about it and never did anything to fix it.

Their reply, "Look this is an old building and the heaters are old. If we replace yours, we would have to replace everybodys." You mean that I'm not the only one'

As per the other review, it is true about management walking into your home w/o warning. I was in my underwear drinking coffee when it happened. Boy did I give them an ear-full. Its against the law! You must announce yourself! They do have the right to come in if they 'believe' that there is a problem inside the appartment - something that you never told them about that needed repair. Never the less, they must still announce themselves.

Gee if they are that good, give me 6 numbers so that I can win the lotto.

Parking is a joke. If you have any friends, you soon won't because they simply can not visit you - only 4 parking places. Don't think that parking is totally safe here. Two cars next to mine were broken into. They came over the south side of the parking lot because the wall is low and mostly hidden from view.

If you are a lover of motercycles, don't bother, you can't have one. There was a cycle cop who lived in the building and even he couldn't drive it home. BUT, you can have a ------ car with a busted muffler that wakes up the entire building - that's ok.
Management really needs to pull their head out.

If you can shoulder the fact that the owner is a kid who has a complete disconnect from the downtown demographic group - "I live in the burbs and your trash", then see how far you get if you ever have a problem with the leasing office.

He could care less about you. You're an annoyance to him and he has better things to do like driving around pretending that he's somebody - you all know the type. Don't you just love to mess with those kind of people!

OK, I guess I should stop here. I don't want to discourage anyone from spending their hard earned money here.
