Best kept secret in Detroit From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/31/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005 1 response   I have lived here for over a year and a half and haven't had any problems. You really need to come in and see the property from the inside. You don't see anything from out on Jefferson. This is the best kept secret in Detroit. The maintenance staff and office staff are always friendly and proffessional. My neighbors are great but sometimes a little loud. Especially during game nights. I don't know where these other people live that wrote bad reviews but they don't live at River Terrace! It's easy for some people to talk trash, they probably got evicted. How many places can you go in Detroit and sit by the river in peace in your robe and slippers' It really is a Great place to be.
