I recently heard great news. A friend of mine called me to tell me he is moving back to River Terrace. I asked him why would he do that, and he knew how horrble the management staff was back then. They were money hungry trash, and did not take care of the property and talked to the tenants so bad. About six of the families I knew moved out because of the manager (at that time) and the maintenance manager. Well, he recently visted the property and said it is beautiful and the new manager and office team are great! Well, I hopped in my car and took a visit. The grass is green, the flowers are blooming and the place is really clean. There is a sense of peace that comes over you as soon as you walk on the grounds. I walked in to a SMOKE FREE OFFICE, with smiling faces. If you are looking for a great place come to RIVER TERRACE APARTMENTS
