I know that the River Terrace looks nice from outside but as you get inside you will come to find out that for $1000 a month all you will see is rats, rats, rats and more rats.If you think about getting an apartment here you should call the health department to see if you have any pests in the area so that you can have a clean nice house.This is a response from a tenant who has repeatedly contacted management about these problems and no serious actions have been taken so far.
