No Rats Here, Just a Ratty Review

In response to the reviewer who Claimed Rats at this apartment Complex, they are Totally Mistaken. This is a great place which is undergoing renovations and may have scared up a mouse in their apartment or they brought in with their groceries, but Rats, No, not even on the property around the dumpsters.

The management provides pest control on a timely basis, and I do understand when I inquired of them about this Rat review, that there was indeed a mouse which may have been seeking shelter with all the outside and inside renovations, but pest control was promptly called and came to cover the Entire complex, not just where the Mouse (note, not Rat, mouse) was told was seen.

This is the best kept secret on the River. The reviewer also quoted a higher price tag than most units carry. I have a one bedroom, right On the River and I only pay $800 - a Bargain as it includes heat and water.

We are a family community here on the River, come see for yourself and experience a new way of living In the City while having the luxary of a river view with trees and gardens and horseshoe pits and grills and a gazebo, a great private gathering place to entertain family and friends.

The 1930's Oak Parquet Flooring in most of the apartments is warm and inviting and the upgrades underway make it a true Luxury apartment complex without the Luxury price tag.

I agree this sounds like a member of the management team, trying to talk up the property for possible future residents. Totally, unbelievable but great marketing pitch.
