DON'T MOVE HERE!

I must concur with the last two posters. The view is pretty nice, and the apartments look good, but WAIT until you move in. (1) The management is beyond sub-par; (2) They "nickel and dime" you for everything (work-out facilities, market, air, heat); (3) Numerous problems with water tempature, air conditioning, etc.; (4) The elevators are ALWAYS broken; (5) No back-up generator during the black-out; (6)Numerous nonprofessional residents; Need I say more'
Moreover, car insurance is off the map for living in Detroit.
My advice' Move to the burbs with everyone else.
