This is by far the best apartment community in Detroit in terms of amenities and safety. It's location is terrific. However, in my three years here, it seems to be going downhill. The property generally looks great, but the staff needs customer service training. Most of the time, things run smoothly-- but if you need to speak to the resident manager, forget about it. The office is unresponsive and does not follow through on promises. The leasing office staff are decent and approachable, but can not help you once you have moved in. Very frustrating. The management company needs to understand what luxury is and how to provide unparalled service.
