Great high-rise living for the price

My roommate and I have lived here one year and just renewed our lease. Our 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment overlooks the Detroit River and Canada as well as downtown Detroit. The views are awesome and so nice to come home to. I could sit and watch the boats on the river all day.
For a 1,200 square foot apartment, we are paying just $600 a piece. Not bad for a luxury high rise. The kitchen in the 2 bedroom apartments are nice size with ceramic floors.
The amenities are also quite awesome and include a restaurant/bar, roof top jogging track and a full service gym with indoor pool and jacuzzi.
We both work downtown and save tons of money on gas not having to drive to the burbs.
It's also a lot of fun to take the People Mover to restaurants in Greektown and Foxtown. You don't have to worry about parking.
Great place to live!
