Problems galore. Beautiful premises but wait until you get into the apartments which are very cheap. Everything is priced separate - from the health facilities to parking to heating/cooling (which you somehow get charged whether you use it or not...go figure!!!)NO ONE in management knows how to take care of tenants. Honestly, take heed and go elsewhere for at least five years. Maybe it will have improved by then...then again maybe this is why they are selling Towers 200 and 300 apartments. Unfortunately, the whole experience has been very disappointing and frustrating. The beautiful view doesn't even make up for all of the problems you will have. Sorry Riverfront Towers but it's the truth.
