I lived in Tower 200 for 3 and a half years, but have since purchased a home in the suburbs. My overall experience living at the Riverfront was wonderful with the exception of some of the staff including management and security, the broken elevators, and the occassional river rat.
I agree with some of the reviews that management may need to take a few customer service courses or just stop hiring people that are too obsessed with their hair and nails and flirting to really care about any significant resident issues.
I have been ranting and raving about my experience there for years and have recommended it to many people who are now residents themselves. But based on their disappointment contrary to my former opinion, and viewing other people's negative experiences, I'm not so sure anymore.
