I lived in Tower 300 from May 2000 until January of 2003. Although the views were spectacular, I withessed the complex steadily go downhill. The leasing office was fine, but the management office was quite another story. Unprofessional, low-class people who always gave the impression that you were interrupting them anytime you needed to speak with them. They acted very condescending and contemptuous, with more than a hint of reverse racism in some cases. During my tenancy there, I noticed the quality of the tenants seemed to go progressively downhill, with more and more very scruffy-looking people moving in. As other posters have mentioned, management tries to nickel-and-dime you to death at every turn. A friend of mine also had his truck broken into in the parking garage, and there was an abandoned (no tires, just wheel rims) car sitting in there for some time.
