NOT WORTH IT

If you like the view of downtown and the water, The RiverFront is the place to be. But, I must say, that every great place has a down fall. when i first moved in, it was great, they gave me a checklist to complete, everything was working fine, except the stove, and the phone jacks. so of course i filled that in on the check list. Nobody attended to the problems. and i have been in my 12 month leas now for 11 months. the kitchen stove and appliances are so out of date. they look like they are about 20 years old. when i told them that i was having problems with my stove, they said they would send someone up. when the man got here he looked at the stoved and wrote somethign down on his notpad, and i never saw him again. the stove was so faulty that it ended up starting a fire in my apartment, and they tried to blame it on me. I told them that i didnt even cook that night, and i also told them thats its filed in the reports with the complaints that i made about it.
on top of that the smoke alarm did not work in my apartment.
Even still they still to this day blame me for the fire. then to my surprise they tell me that they are not going to give me another lease. I have never been late making a payment on rent, and this is the way they treat there tenants, once you sign on the dotted line, they dont care about you. you can make 100 complaints, and you will be lucky if any of them gets fixed.
