i can not beleave how such a nice place is going to the dumps... The upkeep of the building has gotten horrible. between the managment and the spiders, its enough to drive you crarzy. They are a bunch of blood sucking ticks. they advertise the swimming pool, tennis courts, and the security systems in each apartment. Once you sign you realize that all of these things are not included with your rent. They charge you extra, for the gym and swimming pool (which they consider a fitness club). that is so stupid, most people move to apartment buildings so they can have those type of benefits. But not At the Riverfront. The security is a joke there. Just this month we have had some violence to property in the guarage. im not sure of how many cars were damaged, but i counted 4. Someone spary painted on the cars, there is a limo oalso parked there, and they put a brick threw it. not to mention stollen cars. This place is a joke. If you like downtown life, please dont move here. try the MIllener Center or HarborTown. I think im going with the Millener center.
