they never clean the windows, and i mean they get so dirty. i think they only do it twice a year. the walls are thin as paper, i could remember hearing my neighbor and her boyfriend arguing till all times of the night. very overpriced. the amenities that they tell you about arnt true, and in the fine print you will find that everything is extra here. its $40 a month for your car, and if you have 2 cars, you would think they would give you a deal. NOPE, it would be $80 a month for 2 cars, added on to your rent. How about those alarm systems that they advertise in apartment guied, the servcied is $ 25.00 a month. on top of that, they have so many problems around the time of fireworks, that its rediculous. Paying people lost there parking spaces, and had to park down by the post office for the night. I would have been highly pissed if i paid for parking, and there were no parking spaces. do yourself a favor and take all of this issues in consideration if you are looking at the riverfront
