Ok, I never lived at Riverfront, I just visited, so I am writing on my impression.
First off, the place is old. It was built in 1983 and from the looks of their bathroom and kitchen they havent once updated or rennovated any of their units. The kitchen was by far the worst kitchen I've ever seen. The dirty tiles on the kitchen floor reminded me of the tiles found in public restrooms. Just plain disgusting. The oven looks archaic as well as the fridge. To make it worst, they are colored with this putrid tan/yellow color.
Aside from that, there is no central cooling. They have these large wall units that seem sufficient, but for a place thats supposed to be a place of sophisticated living and luxury just doesnt cut it.
On the pro, the place did have a great view of the river. Plus they are possibly going to convert another one of the three buildings to condos. And if you are a resident during the converstion you get a 15% discount.
Oh, by the way, the price is great but I wouldn't live there after meeting some of the tenants. Not so impressive and can't imagine forking over all that money to live side by side with some of these peeps.
Overall, keep looking. There are many places other than this place so don't settle.
