I stayed in the community for 2 years and previously stayed at the Millender Center apartments for 1 year prior. I was very happy with the neighbors. I didn't hear much noise, plus my apartment was on the end, an A unit. I rarely had to call maintenance but when I did they were on it like Johnny on the spot. My biggest complaints were the elevators which were broken on a regular basis and the electrical bill. I lived in tower 300, the tower that is the condo tower now. There are 3 elevators and I can count on 2 hands the times when all 3 were working. If you love the water then it's the spot to be plus you can hang out in downtown and not have to deal with all the traffic. Updates are definitely needed and that was one of the reasons why I didn't purchase a condo. I had a view of the bridge and even though it was pricey, it was well worth it. I would still recommend it and I would consider moving back if enough renovations were done.

We have recently purchased a 1 bdrm unit near the top of the 300 tower. We are very pleased with the upgrades, granite, new appliances, etc. however we are interested in renting or perhaps lease-to-purchase. If you or anyone you know would be interested please call me at 810-513-5505. Thanks |
