I initially liked the view and had a friendly salesperson. That's when the fun stopped. I purchased a two bedroom condo with the standard package they call the Signature Package. To my surprise and others that have moved in as well, the finishes are way below what one might expect for something at more than $200/ sq.ft. The level of craftmanship is shoddy at best and my closing was delayed by over 8 months. After moving in I realized my mistake as I can hear any conversation my neighbor is having (i'm guessing regular drywall is all that's seperating the condos). Additionally, the complex (2 other towers - one to remain a rental tower) will have to be shared with some questionable renters that are ghetto, Detroit style. Unfortunately, the first day my parents visited from out of town, a dead body was floating in the marina! I was then told by a contractor that the building will be under construction for the next two years!!
This is not the "luxury" condo that was advertised.
If you want to purchase, I'll sell you my condo...even at a loss.

What do you mean by "Ghetto, Detroit style"? Ghetto is ghetto no matter where you're from.
