I just finnished closing on my one bedroom condominium in Tower 300. The improvements inside the condo are disappointing (the range with coils in 2005!). Association fees are way high and it does not include anything major.
I think the noise level is pretty high between the condos which, as a student, I wish I had known prior to buying. And now I just found out from the Michigan sexual offender registry that a few of them are living around me in the complex! BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

I totally disagree! I also just closed on a unit there and I found it a pleasure throughout the process. My apartment is beautiful, my view is awesome, and there are always glitches in the transition to from an apartment to a condo. If the writer can chill out for a while, he'll see his building turn into a beautiful new place and his investment gain lots of value.

lawstu233: It is ridiculous to think that the sex offenders in your complex are going to get in the way of your quiet enjoyment. I live in a fabulous neighborhood next to Wayne State and there are registerd sex offenders within a mile from my house. The same goes for any location in Detroit, metro Detroit and Southeastern Michigan. If you go to the sex offender registry web site you can punch in any zip code in the state and find some. RELAX! |
