I have lived here for 1 year. my first renewal of my lease was I think too high 7 % increase. I wish my salary would have gone up that much. We all are struggling in Mich. I figured my rent would go up some, but not that much. They are doing a lot of improvements here, but I don't think the residents should have to bare the burden all at once. I agree with a lot of other residence that we get nothing for our high rent. I have had no problem with the staff fixing what ever I ask of them.
