I recently moved to Riverfront Towers. The apartment itself is wonderful. The view of the river cant be beat. Watching the barges and pleasure craft move on a wide expand of blue is a peaceful and priceless experience.
The apartment itself is exceptionally well laid out. The appliances are all good, except for the washer/dryer which is only good for small loads. The bathroom shower fixtures also a little dissapointing. The apartment is in excellent shape.
The grounds are well kept up and the facility is well-maintained in all respects.
Its too early to say much about the "neighborhood." There is good access to the People Mover and opportuity to walk along the waterfront. There is not much neighboorhood otherwise.
Access to the highway is excellent.
In sum, there is not much in the immediate area, but once you are home, you are home to a wonderful place.

After living here some time, I wanted to add that my experience with the management has been a bit mixed, but over-all I think they do a good job and are responsive to the concerns of the residents. They also offer some useful services, like package delivery.
