In response to the person who trashed my building, (see below), CHILL OUT! There is often a tough transition in a condo conversion, but when all the dust settles he'll have a great apartment with brand new everything, with a beautiful view and increased value in his investment. I also just closed on a unit there and found the process very pleasant, the location is prime -- and my view is just incredible!
