I've been renting an apartment at Riverfront for 3 years, and I love it here! The management has always been friendly to me. The people in the complex are so friendly, too! I'm a white female, and no matter what time of day or whose around, I get a very warm and friendly greeting. I wish I could say the same for "suburb" complexes! Detroit, and Riverfront especially, is a very nice place to live. I plan to purchase a condo here too.
