I had problems. I have not received my security deposit back because the records got transferred from the management company in Detroit to the new management company in Florida and they could not find mine!! TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT.

Towers 100 and 200 were sold to Emperian as of July. I don't know about a rent increase yet because I am still under Habitat's lease until Feb. Tower 100 has the same elevator problems. Either they're running slowly, one works, or none of them work. I agree with the coments about the staff and the materials in the apartments.

The elevators are always broken or very slow. Moving is also a problem. The management will not let you move in early in the morning (before 7am) or late at night or on the weekends even though that is when you can best avoid tying up the elevators.
