I've lived in two other places downtown and this is by far the best one. Nice grounds, secure and decent sized apartment. The views are great and its very convient to all expressways and downtown nightlife. The only drawbacks are the frequent elevator outages and the VERY expensive restaurant/bar.
Overall its a good place to live. Diverse residents, not hood at all like most other places downtown.

What is an elevator rage? Is it frequent loud arguments in the elevator that can be heard by residents in the apartments?

there are always issues with the elevators. There are 3 of them in the 200 tower but only 1 working. Very slow if you are trying to get somewhere on time. Sometimes the just don't work and you have to walk up multiple flghts to your apt. I have to get to work by 7am and the guy delivering the newspapers holds the elevator for himself which takes up that elevator for that time. When there is only 1 working elevator you wait for 10 minutes and then walk down 20 flights of stairs.
