DO NOT MOVE HERE. MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE AND INCONSIDERATE. I WOULD CHECK OTHER PLACES. THE SECURITY AND THE MANAGEMENT HERE HAVE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. NEED TO BE MORE FRIENDLY AND RESPECT THE TENANTS WHO ARE GIVING THEM BUSINESS.TRUST ME YOU DONT WANT TO MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID.

Lots of people make that mistake. Management and leasing are very nice to you until you sign the lease. After that, they show you just how unprofessional they are. Emperian, the new owner, makes things worse. They've cut out resident appreciation, increased rent by an unreasonable ammount (haven't done the percentage calculation yet), cut staff (just not the right people), cut supplies to the office (was in resident services on Friday and DM (using her initials) couldn't even find a pen, and WILL NOT DO THE PROPER BUILDING REPAIRS. The elevators were down again in tower 100 tonight, causing me to have to walk up 22 flights of stairs (I have asthma) which made me sick to get to my apartment. Basically, if you chose to live here you should know you're paying for the view only. Nothing else makes this place worth looking at or living in. It's extremely doubtful that the building will live up to its name from its begining years when it was the place to live.

I totally agree with everything said here. The place is low quality, but as mentioned the view is nice. Just don't move in, you'll regret it. Management is very rude. A bunch of knuckleheads basically. Very low class people to go along with a low quality place. Find something else and save yourself a lot of hassle.

From what I have seen of these people I would have to agree with the posters here. Their office only opens from 7am to 1pm. I have made a number of attempts to call them calling between 10 and 12 and they have never been open. I left messages and never received a reply, and they don't reply to emails either. At first I was interested in this place, but I think it would be best to avoid it, like the plague.
