APARTMENT BROKEN INTO WHILE ON 3WK VACATION! NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

THE MANAGEMENT AT THIS APARTMENT IS A JOKE! THE UNITS ARE OVER PRICED AND YOU PAY FOR EVERY SINGLE THING! THE VIEW IS AMAZING. I WENT ON A 3WK VACATION (OUT OF THE COUNTRY) AND WHEN I RETURNED MY APARTMENT HAD BEEN BROKEN INTO. I LIVED ON THE 7TH FLOOR AND NO ONE SAW OR HEARD ANYTHING. DID I MENTION IN ORDER TO GET THINGS OUT YOU NEED TO TAKE THE ELEVATOR... CARS ARE BROKEN INTO CONSTANTLY AND TIRES ARE STOLEN OFTEN, AND YES, THIS IS A GATED COMMUNITY. THE STANDARDS HAVE BEEN LOWERED AND THEY ARE LETTING ALL TYPES OF PEOPLE MOVE-IN, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THUGS! FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY YOU PAY, MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE! i WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE

I had a similar experience here. Everyone is moving out of this complex because the prices are absolutely outragous. They are letting a lot of drug dealers to move in since they are getting desperate for tennants. I moved out of the 18th floor and of the 7 apartments on my floor, when I moved out there were only two tenants remaining. You know what happens when there are a lot of vaccant apartments, crime increases. They charge you for everything including using there buzzing in service for guests.

They do NOT charge you for buzzing in guests! I have seen NO evidence of drug dealers - the people that live here are all very nice. I have had NO problem with my car or apartment being broken into. The management is unattentive and have cut back - but safety is not an issue.

There was a suicide in Tower 100 and a death of a baby in Tower 300.

Just look at the overall rating doesnt that tell you something. Its suppose to be a premier apartment complex and the highest rating is a 3...doesnt scream luxury to me!
