The Lofts at Rivertown
AVERAGE RATING

You decide whether this place is worth the expense. I lived on the bottom floor for a year. I have experienced four ceiling leaks at three different times, broken dishwasher twice, washer and dryer broke, kitchen floor had to be replaced, ants, falling off trim, and the most disgusting was a toilet overflow problem that lasted for about one month before being properly fixed. The sidewalks are currently tore up and a garbage bin is in the middle of the dog run usually overflowing with garbage, or you can see the homless digging through it. Complaints get you the problem only temporarily fixed. "The building is 100 years old. Do you have renter's insurance' or my personal favorite, "Did you get it in writing' or "If you are not happy here then you should move." are common answers to problems. This place is grossly mismanaged.
