Reading that last report made me laugh...how can you possibly have negative comments against this place' I have lived here for two years and recently just purchased a renovated condo in the building. THis place has everything to offer. Could it just be that you are upset about the conversion to condominiums and don't have the ability to purchase' I have lived in many lofts around the country over the years and this one has by far the best amenities, style, and investment. I am glad to see that the development has moved from rentals, its about time we have more ownership in the city. This place truly is as good as it gets.
