This place is NOT what I expected. The staff are "ghetto". Their attire looks like the typical "streetwear" with lots of gold chains dangling from their necks. And the so-called "maintenence" dosen't know a pipe from his you-know-what!! One can never get their requests taken care of. And the building has a constant water problem. Like no water at all during the weekends and no one answers these calls. Extremely poor building with dirty carpets and smelly halls. Not only does it smell from raunchy foods, but drugs as well. Lots of it!!! Bold residents sits on the stoop smoking and drinking while harrassing other residents and their guests. This building even has a "party store" on one of the floors when you get off the elevators...WHEN the elevators are working, which is rarely. As for the laundry...it's a muggers dream place. No security and it's located in the pit of the basement. Parking is a rip off. $80.00 a month!! I chose to park across the street for half the price and glad I did. I heard horror stories about the garage being really tight and people complaining about their cars being scuffed manovering between the pillers. I regret accepting the place as my residency and am glad my lease is over!!!Talk about "movin' on up", that's what I did. I do not recommend this place to anyone, including my worst enemy. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

I have never lived here but... I know that every time I look at an apartment I notice things like stinky carpets and broken elevators when I'm looking, not after I move in. Some of this seems a little ridiculous.
