I have lived here for two years and would not recommend this place to no one- Still living here where the water is shut off almost every day and the elevators hardly work- having to carry belongings up 9 fights of stairs - Roaches and Rats running in the halls- Where also drug deals and pot smoking happen on a daily basis -- Alos if you do move here you might want to think about renters insurance - the fire dept are here so much to put out apt fires they should just move in- Parking -Parking prices go up and security goes down- Since I have lived here my friends will not visit me since 2out of 3 of there cars are not in the parking lot when they return. I would not move here - Yes it may look like a nice old building, may be close to work , and in downtown but you are better off living someone else.
